Meet Olivia O’Dell.

O’Deli if you know her.
Unhinged if you’ve been online.

Olivia “O’Deli” O’Dell trips at her college graduation and launches her shoe into the audience—accidentally hitting a stranger in the face and becoming an overnight internet sensation.

Unfortunately, going viral is the least chaotic thing happening in her life.

Her ex is engaged. Her career is going nowhere. The future she thought she wanted suddenly feels suspiciously like someone else’s.

So Olivia starts writing about it. And somewhere between accidental internet fame, heartbreak, questionable choices, and a spontaneous New York trip, she realizes she doesn’t just want to document her life.

She wants a different one.

The rock-bottom moment

Sometimes rock bottom looks suspiciously like a parking lot.

There are glamorous breakdowns.

This is not one of them.

Olivia is exhausted, heartbroken, confused about what comes next, and somehow crying over a salad she dropped beside her car.

It’s not exactly the life-changing moment she imagined. It might still be one.
